In a fine wristwatch elegance is key to great design. In the 1940s the Hamilton Watch Co. did just that when it created this timepiece. Here before you is a fantastic and gorgeous 1940s mens Hamilton. This watch is totally original and has been tremendously  preserved like all our other watches. The original silver dial is in untouched condition and has been beautifully aged with patina. The hands and numerals are original to the dial and watch, and we believe the crown is as well. The shiny 14k gold filled case is fantastic, with no deep scratches or dings. Anyone can clearly see their reflection on the gold. The original 17 jewel 747 hamilton movement is clean and is running smoothly and keeps great time. The watch has been fitted with a new genuine maroon leather band with a gold finished buckle, to match the gold case. This watch would be an exemplary addition to anyone's fine watch collection.
